Per “Vintage” si intende tutto ciò che è stato prodotto nei decenni passati ma che può anche essere riferito a secoli passati senza necessariamente essere circoscritto al Ventesimo secolo.
Gli oggetti Vintage sono oggetti di culto per differenti ragioni tra le quali le qualità superiori con cui sono stati prodotti o per motivi di cultura o costume.
Il vocabolo, che deriva dal francese antico vendenge (a sua volta derivante dalla parola latina vindēmia), indica in senso generico i vini d'annata di pregio.
L’intento del Vintage Café è di portare uno stile di locale non comune.
La peculiarità del locale sarà l’offerta di una gamma di birre non comuni, in particolare alcune produzioni del territorio che negli ultimi anni si sono fatte conoscere ed apprezzare, senza dimenticare le grandi classiche del luppolo come l’intramontabile GUINNESS o la rossa Kilkenny.
Insieme alla cura per le bevande, l’attenzione alla cucina: moderna, semplice ma d’effetto con riguardo nella scelta degli ingredienti, un forno a legna per la pizza e l’incursione nella cucina americana con Hamburger gourmet e Messicano alla Californiana.

L’offerta è un “unicum” sul mercato ticinese e vuole attirare una variegata clientela.
L’idea è di offrire agli avventori, a un costo moderato, un’esperienza gradevole in un ambiente di stile.
Il locale puo’ accomodare ca. 74 posti a sedere internamente e 80 posti a sedere esternamente.

For "Vintage" is intended as anything that has been produced in the past decades but which can also be referred to centuries past without necessarily being limited to the twentieth century.
Vintage items are objects of worship for different reasons including the superior qualities with which they were produced or for reasons of culture or custom.
The word "Vintage", which comes from the Old French vendenge (which in turn derives from the Latin word Vindemia), indicates in a generic sense vintage wines of quality.
The intent of the Vintage Café is to bring a style of local uncommon.
The peculiarity of the location is to offer a range of uncommon beers, especially productions of the territory that in recent years have become known and appreciated, not forgetting the great hop classics as for the timeless Guinness stout and Kilkenny red.
Along with care for our drinks, the attention to the kitchen: modern, simple but effective with regard to the choice of ingredients, a wood-burning oven for pizza and the foray into American and Mexican cuisine with gourmet burgers and our awesome California Burritos.

The offer is a "unique" in the Ticino market and wants to attract a varied clientele.
The idea is to offer to its customers, at a moderate cost, a pleasant experience in a stylish surrounding.
